COVID-19 considerations: KELIA HEALTH CARE is adhering strictly to HM Government Guidelines with regards to infection control to our service users, private and public places. This includes mask wearing by all staff and visitors, regular LFD testing, vaccinations, disinfections regimes and correct PPE.
During these challenging times, KELIA HEALTH CARE has introduced a Covid-19 Safeguard Policy for the welfare of our staff as well as for all our service users in our work place, office placements, private homes, Residential and Care homes.
Providing Products
We have distributed ‘hard to source products’ across our office, office placements, private homes, Residential and Care homes etc. These includes toilet roll, antibacterial wipes, antibacterial hand gel and female sanitary products and bleach.
Introducing Dispensers
Placing antibacterial hand gel dispensers at front door and inside the office as well as giving antibacterial gels and masks to staff.
Monitoring Health
Providing each of our staff with a non-contact infrared digital thermometer to check staff temperature and service users and young people on a daily basis.
Monitoring Staff
In addition, we monitor to iidentify ‘vulnerable’ and ‘at-risk’ staff in relation to COVID-19 and decide to send them home on full pay until further notice.

Supplying all staff and service users and young people with up-to-date announcements from NHS, HM Government and local authority sources.
